Ordering and Delivering Policies

To ensure quality service and timely business transactions, we ask that you thoroughly prepare your order before calling. When placing an order, please state clearly the name of each product (Product/Price List), product code and quantity. Our customer representative will confirm your order by stating your order back to you for verification purposes. You will receive an order number for your records. Please keep this in case a question with
your order arises.

All purchases will be processed as soon as the orders have been received. Customers should expect to receive products within five to seven business days.

Payment Policies
We accept Visa, Master Card, money orders or certified checks as payment. Payment must be received before the product is shipped for the first order. After the first order term payment can be set, but shall not be longer than 15 days.

Damaged and Defective Products
All delivery products are fully inspected before release. We will not deliver any damaged products. Any damage that occurs will be the responsibility of the delivery carrier. Claims are to be handled accordingly.

If a customer receives any defective products, please call our Customer Service Center immediately at 800-691-5148. The products will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
